K2A organizes workshops to cultivate diverse research, communication and management skills in participants. In 2021, we organised a series of three inter-related workshops, including a combination of presented content, participant perspectives, funder perspectives, group working on case-studies and moderated discussions.
The workshop series aimed:
- To strengthen research capacities in institutions.
- To promote best practices for fundraising for collaborative research and educational programs among institutions.
- To share best practice for developing and nurturing partnerships.
- To promote sharing of best practice for effective research management, among network partners.
The workshop was conducted by Dr. Savita Ayyar.
